How it works

A full replacement, done properly

The old windshield is cut out, the frame is prepared and the new glass is set in OEM-standard urethane. The urethane is what holds the windshield to the car, so it matters as much as the glass.

Long cracks, cracks reaching the edge and chips too large to repair usually mean replacement
Choose OEM glass (from the vehicle maker’s supplier) or OEE glass (built to the same specification)
Installed with OEM-standard urethane
Done at your home, office or dealership at no extra charge

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had a new front window installed
by Penske Auto glass on my 550 G Wagon at the Scottsdale location. Appointment was extremely quick and installation was completed without any issues. Carter ( my representative) was attentive & a pleasure to
work with. Dropped off vehicle at 9am and job was completed at noon. Flawless installation.👌

The technician did a fantastic job including the calibration of the safety and cruise control systems controlled by the windshield mounted cameras. Great follow-up after the work was done. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I really regret having Penske repair my window chip, their technician did a decent job repairing the chip but he placed his tool box and used rags on the hood of my new Type R and scratched it, amateur hour, expected better from Penske

Rock chip repair Mobile windshield service Insurance claims Penske Auto Glass home

Do I need a replacement or a repair?

Small chips can often be repaired. Long cracks, cracks that reach the edge of the glass and damage in the driver’s line of sight usually need a new windshield. Send us a photo and we will tell you which one you need.

What is the difference between OEM and OEE glass?

OEM glass comes from the supplier that made the original windshield for the vehicle maker. OEE glass is made by another manufacturer to the same specification. We quote both so you can choose.

Will my insurance pay for it?

Many Arizona policies include glass coverage. We work directly with insurance companies and can help you check your coverage before the appointment.

Can you replace it at my house?

Yes. Mobile service is free at your home, office or dealership.
